Okay everyone,
Today is the start of a new week. It is up to us what we do with it. We can let the weigh in last or anyday beat us up or we can keep moving forward. Everyday that you give it your all you are a winner no matter what. I know it isn't easy to face what that scale says but we really have to get past that thing. I think that is a lot of the reason that so many of us are lost and still trying to find something that works for us. Instead of using our heads and doing what we know is the right thing to do. We have to stick with a plan and keep doing it no matter what that scale says. I really do think that christie was right this week when she said that we have to stop worrying and start enjoying life. Life is too short. We are so busy wondering what the scale is going to say next week that we lose the whole week to worrying.
Lets relax this week put away our scales and do what we know is the right thing and stick with it no matter what. Eventually the weight has to come off if we are making healthy choices. I think that sometimes like myself when I keep having these gains that stress is playing a huge role in it.
Eleni also said this doesn't have to be so hard. Before when I was losing and lost the first 30 lbs I didn't work 1/2 as hard as I am now. So I am going to sit back and just eat healthy and not worry about my plan. It will take care of itself if I do the work. But that means to eat healthy not to overstress about it.
Congratulations to all that lost this week. You have a great attitude. Keep up the great work.
And to those that gained you have a great attitude also otherwise you wouldn't be here. Just because you had a gain doesn't mean that you didn't try this past week. Lets just try and enjoy our week with healthy choices and support each other and try and relax about this weightloss plan. If we are truly happy with ourselves then we are going to be more successful at this. So stop worrying and weighing and just do what you know to do.
I am keeping my scale in the closet all week. I feel better when I don't have to face it. I will do my best all week and relax and enjoy the week for a change and see what happens. I hope you all can do the same.
