Hi everyone,
I'm just starting the sbd today with my husband. We have been reading the book and have our fridge stocked with lots of veggies and lean meats and eggs. I would love to buddy up with someone for support. The first two weeks of phase one I know will be the most difficult. I have around 40 lbs to lose and so does my husband. I've made it through my first day, but had a problem with eating eggs in the morning. YUK! Didn't set well in my stomach to now I'm dreading what tommorrow will bring. I think eggs aren't going to work for me. Maybe i'll just eat a little later in the moring and try that. Anyway, I just wanted to start chatting with other beachers to help stay on track.
