I don't know about anyone else but I am determined to increase my exercise this month - cold weather or not!
Today I went for a 40 minute walk at lunch time



today; maybe I'll even lift some weights but I'm not sure. I am trying to have more realistic with my goals and am promising on the low end so if I do more, it's a bonus and if I don't I am still a success! 

(Not as cold as Yellowknife etc. but still bloody cold!)
