  • Monday- 30 min elliptical/ 30 min treadmill
  • Tues- 30 min watp for abs/30 min upper body weights
  • Wed- 1 hour step cardio class at the gym
  • Thursday- 1 hour step/weight class at the gym

    I walked Wednesday evening - had a total of over 12k steps for the day.
  • It has been lonely in here this week.
    Friday - 30 min walkblaster
  • Saturday: 1.5 mile walk.
  • Sunday: 2 mile walk
