Everyone Weigh In 10/14/05

  • The 3FC's fabulous semi-official general weigh in thread is now open for the week. Everyone is welcome to join in and post when their official weigh in day rolls around. Let's hope for a bunch of good numbers before we are faced those "fun" sized bags of Snicker and Almond Joy at the end of the month!

    Me:

    205.5, no change from last week. Given the huge drop I had last week, this doesn't really surprise me. But I have been noticing that my clothes feel looser than before, even my bras which has never, *ever* happened before. No change in the scale, but I'm still counting this as a good week.

    Isn't it great when our clothes feel "loose"? Glad you had a good week and didn't gain.

    I'm the same since last week too (198). I usually go a couple of weeks of no gain or lose and then suddenly lose 1 or 2 lbs. from one day to the next. I'm trying not to obsess too much about the scale but I still sometimes weigh myself TWICE in one day :

    Now I'm in Onederland I'm going to do my darndest to stay here!

    Boy can I relate to the obcession with the scale. Some weeks I weigh mwf it seems to keep me closer to my ....intake goals.

    The good news is; I did not gain
    the sad news is: I did not lose
    PLATEAU for me this week

    loss so far is 20#
    12 inches last month

    Total lost: 3.8 yay again

  • Was 164.6 last week.. 163.4 yesterday.

    Losing slow but steady.. I guess that's good right. I'm so happy I'm not at a plateau..

    But hoping for a bigger weight loss this week of.

    I've been out of town for the last couple of weekends and so have missed my official weigh in day for a while. Finally back in the groove today to find that I've gained .5 sigh. Still eating well, still working hard. Just gotta wait it out, I guess...

  • down 3.5 ... though I dont think it was really that much from last week..last week i was 204 BUT it was with a different scale and was in the afternoon when i was wearing jeans and was bloated lol... i just bought a digital scale, and was 199. 5 this morning (best time to weigh btw)
  • No gain and no loss for me, I will take it this week and focus on drinking lots of water.
  • Two pounds down!
    Had a hectic week...with continuing car repair problems. I wrote in one of my last emails, that "in my past life," that would have been enough to send me off my diet--but nowadays, I am sticking faithfully to my 1,400 to 1,500 calories a day (well-balanced) diet.

    Also this week, I didn't get as much exercise in as I wanted until the end of the week. Then, I MADE SURE to exercise so that I would have some sort of weight loss to report here at 3FatChicks...ha.

    I love working out to my new "Ultimate body" dvd. The one I have is for beginning workouts (She has an advanced one, too. You can get either on Amazon.com...either used or new. The used ones are frequently actually new, by the way. The Ultimate body beginning workouts is not some little whimpy thing though. It's a very invigorating workout that makes you feel good.

    So anyway, I am very thrilled with my 2 lb. loss this week. Just ONE more pound and I will finally be back in the 120's...YEAH!
  • No gain, no loss - still at 146. I am going to try to eat cleaner this week to see if that helps.
