Had a hectic week...with continuing car repair problems. I wrote in one of my last emails, that "in my past life," that would have been enough to send me off my diet--but nowadays, I am sticking faithfully to my 1,400 to 1,500 calories a day (well-balanced) diet.
Also this week, I didn't get as much exercise in as I wanted until the end of the week. Then, I MADE SURE to exercise so that I would have some sort of weight loss to report here at 3FatChicks...ha.
I love working out to my new "Ultimate body" dvd. The one I have is for beginning workouts (She has an advanced one, too. You can get either on Amazon.com...either used or new. The used ones are frequently actually new, by the way. The Ultimate body beginning workouts is not some little whimpy thing though. It's a very invigorating workout that makes you feel good.
So anyway, I am very thrilled with my 2 lb. loss this week. Just ONE more pound and I will finally be back in the 120's...YEAH!
