Well due to TOM in mid-week last week and my system of taking weight daily and then averaging it for the week (this keeps me sane -- usually prevents the depression of weigh day being water retention day as well etc. -- this time it works against me), I am only down an average of .6. The scale today ACTIUALLY registers a loss of 3.4 lbs. from last week and I seriously thought about putting that as my loss. If I did that, though, it would be inconsistenet with the way I have been doing it all along and, thus, cheating. So, officially, down .6 and looking forward to getting a better average next week.
I don't know that I deserve to post here because of the reason for my weight loss but since I am feeling so much better I want to be able to start posting more.
I have lost 38lbs in about 39 days. I'm still not able to keep even the most basics of foods down but my liquid input is good. I am feeling better mentally so I am hoping that I can get my stomach calmed down enough now to accept some food.
There are so many fantastic losses this week. Everyone is working so hard. It's alot of hard work but has the most wonderful benefits in the end.
