My starting weight for this challenge is 145.
That's the most I've ever weighed in my life. But it is coming off!!!

I have an elliptical trainer at home I use for cardio. I tried the gym thing too but after I had twins and went from 3 to 5 kids it got a lot tough trying to get day care at the gym because the one we went to was small and I had to reserve spots no more than 24 hrs in advance. Maybe someday I can join again
