I am just starting on Atkins so I was wondering what people would think of my induction phase.
Today I will eat:
one slice low-carb bread
one tsp. butter
one oz cheddar cheese
two hard boiled eggs
chicken breast
two cups romaine lettuce
one-third cup feta cheese
one advantage bar
two baked hamburger patties
celery

. Last year when i started it was like unlimited cheese..... (which i lost weight just fine on). I also found that caffine was not a problem for me. I used to dress up my burger pattys with cheddar cheese and bacon strips with low carb bbq sauce and mayo... really rich and yummy! Hope it helped!
