I've been in a bit of a plateau these past two weeks. I'm not devastated by this. I know it happens. I figured it would happen to me sooner or later. And I'm glad that I've stalled out at 211 rather than in the 230's. But even so, it is a bit disapointing. Today I saw this link, http://www.easysurf.cc/ndate2.htm. It calculated the days between any two dates. Using it, I see that I've been at my new way of life, starting at Feb-07-05, for 220 days now.
I don't know why, but for some reason seeing this expressed in days has been uplifting to me. 220 days, and I've lost over 40 pounds. Saying it like this just makes it seem like I've actually achieved something. I thought it might be helpful to some of you as well!

Its driving me crazy that I cant get thru this and move on.
