Writing my food down in black and white really helps me to stay focused, I have started many of these menu threads in the past and it was really motivating and made me feel more accountable
So feel free to join in and lets make this year OUR YEAR 
B- 1 egg and 2 slices turkey bacon and 1 ff sf yogurt
s- 1 boiled egg and another yogurt
L- 3 oz lean ground beef, 1/2 baked potatoe, and cabbage
s- 1 boiled egg and 1/2 banana
S- BFL Asian stir fry
s- 1 boiled egg and another yogurt
Looks like a lot of protien, but I am on Body for Life and I have to have 1 protien and one carb every 2-3 hours and 6 small meals a day with 2 veggies . Just letting you know what I am doing
