This will be my first weekend on the plan. It will be a challenge to eat on time, that's for sure! But I'm determined to make this a way of life, not just a fad to get me through losing weight.

My little brother is ging to babysit so I can go have lunch with my mama and aunt from Alaska. Can you tell I'm excited? I don't get out much!

I used to be able to do pull ups, now I can hardly do a "real" push up!
Getting there tho
After today I will have met my cardio goal for 5x/week 2 weeks in a row!
Last night I noticed it is getting easier (mentally). Instead of talking myself into it, it was just something I needed to do without a whole lot of thought - I think they call that a habit!
Feels awesome!
