I am a 42 year old newly widowed woman. I have been overweight almost all my life. There were times I was thin but not the right way. I need to lose about 95 pounds to get to my goal. Since my husband has passed away I realize how important this is to my kids. I need to be here for them. I have done so many things. This time I am trying to combine a couple of different plans. I joined LA weightloss but can't keep to thier plan always. So I am using thier suppliments and support (3times a week) and weight watchers plan. I also have started walking. I NEED to do this. Please help me do this. I know if I have someone to do it with it will work. Thanks in advance for your support. Holly
