  • Since I was so honest yesterday, and this is a new habit I'm trying to form--

    Purple with lites -- PPSSFFFVVVD fat

    Breakfast (Lite)
    Lemon zest luna, coffee

    Midmorning snack FF Dairy
    2 Plums, yogurt

    lunch PSVV condiment
    Healthy choice
    lettuce, tomato, FF salad dressing

    mid PM snack
    15 grapes
    unsalted peanuts

    Dinner
    poached chicken, brocoli, crackers


    water over 64oz down

    Whole banana

    Mid A.M. - missed

    Lunch - VVVV P S Free
    4C spinach leaves
    7 oz grilled chicken breast
    1 wheat roll
    FF Salad Dressing

    Mid P.M. - Lite
    DC Lite

    Dinner - S, P, Fat, F, D
    6 oz Salmon w/butter
    1/3 C Brown Rice
    1/2 C Applesauce
    1 C 2% Milk

    P.M. Snack - S, 1/2 P
    HC SF ice cream
    Pnut butter

    Missed my 2nd lite
    WC - 70 oz down...

    8ou Vanilla low carb yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    Couple cubes of cantilope

    Snack (lite)
    Pb lite

    Lunch (PFatVVSF)
    6ou ls tuna
    1 tbs lite mircle whip
    celery/onion
    1 cup leatuce
    1 low carb wheat tortilla
    1/2 c unsw applesauce
    (lite salt added to tuna)

    Snack - I'll have my 2nd lite

    Dinner - TBD but I'll need PVFS

    I'm getting back with the program myself. Keep up the good work. The thing I'm going to remind myself is.......Nothing tastes better than being slim feels.

    Baked chicken breast with curry (yum!)
    2/3 C brown rice
    1 C applesauce
    **dinner was fantastic, don't know if I was just hungry or what
