If you are like me what do you do for weight loss? And any other helpful information you can think of I would love to learn!


All my eating is done at home cooked by us. I am trying to follow the 3 hour diet by eating every 3 hours (6 meals/snacks a day) so there is alot of food here. Normally I only eat dinner and a snack later.
