Hey everyone I am new......looking for a buddy

    I am a 27 year old female who is looking to loose 140 lbs. I have a thyroid issue and have been sick for a while but I am not going to let that get in my way. I stumbled on this website in my never ending search for weight loss information. It seems like a great site. I am hoping to meet great people and loose some weight!
  • Im new too and ready to get serious about losing this weight also. My long term goal is to lose 65 lbs.. short term I will be happy to lose 20. No major health issues so far, getting results back from my doctor tomorrow to see if I have a thyroid problem. The doctor started me on Wellbutrin xl 150 mg three weeks ago and i feel fantastic, possibly even lost a little bit of weight. I found this site looking for other women to communicate with during my weight loss journey. Nice to meet you!

  • I would like to know what the 3 hr diet is also. Currently Im drinking Atkins Shakes for breakfast and lunch and eating a reasonable dinner, just started exercising about a week ago and trying to keep moving. I could use someone to chat with about dieting, whats working and not and just basically to encourage each other. Any suggestions?
  • The 3 Hour Diet is a book (diet plan) by Jorge Cruise. You can read all about it www.amazon.com or www.jorgecruise.com. I have just started reading the book myself. So I can't say to much other then you eat 6 meals/snacks a day... you eat every 3 hours!
