Had a bad day yest, did not exercise and did not keep control of what I ate. I did not go too much overboard, but I still feel guilty. I am going to forgive myself and do my thing today. So far I ate a healthy breakfast, I logged it in my journal and now I am going to exercise. Is anyone on the same boat as I am today? Let me know will give each other support to erase a bad day w/hard work and discipline today
