  • Here we go again! Keep it moving ladies!

    Monday:
    timed mile, new PR -- 10:21!!
    3 sets of 10 each of:
    * crunches on incline
    * oblique crunches on incline
    * reverse crunches on incline
    * pull-ups with 110lbs assistance
    * dips with 110lbs assistance
  • Monday:
    30 min. walk
    15 min. arc trainer
    20 min. of weights
  • Monday:
    Good day at the gym!
    60min elliptical + 32min jog + 4min walk + upperbody strength training
  • Monday-73 minutes bike (2 X 30 minutes + 13 minute cool down)
    40 minutes mowed my lawn (I was sweating like nobody's business and it's only in the 70s...sheesh...I hate humidity)
  • finally i can contribute again
    sat - 4 miles (maybe 4.5)

    today
    15 minute warm up run (to gym)
    1 hour weights (mostly upper body)
    30 minute eliptical
  • Monday: 15 min ab class, 60 min kickboxing, with squats w/ weight bar
  • Just jumping right in here...But today (Tuesday) I woke up before work (@ 5:30am) and did my cadio. 30 minutes, walk with some running intervals.
    Monday, 30 minute dance video.
  • Tuesday: 65min arc trainer + 20min elliptical
    cardio overload
  • Tuesday:
    warm-up run 1/2 mile
    30 mins leg weight machines
    30 mins arm exercises w/dumbells
  • Tuesday:
    60 min. bowling ($1 Night rocks!)

    Wednesday:
    45 min. elliptical
    20 min. arc trainer
    20 min. weights
  • Wednesday: 30 minute walk with some running intervals
  • whoops forgot to post yest
    4 and 3/4 mile run

    today
    hour swim with sprint series for last 10 minutes. felt good to finally swim a bit fast. will have to try again!
  • yesterday-none-rest

    Wednesday-80 minutes bike
  • Thursday:
    20 min. elliptical
    20 min. arc trainer
    20 min. of weights
    60 min. of softball
  • Thursday: 30 minute walk ( I am begging to think that I am not doing nearly enough exercise, at least compared to you guys, I just want to start out slow I guess)
