  • Wow, guess I'm first here today and I even slept late

    I am relieved I cked (yes the dreaded scales) and lost the water weight from my dinner out....so STS. That salt in resturant foods must really be bad!!! Just like Anita, I HAVE to hit the scales every a.m....

    Well, I have added my cup of green tea and I am thinking about adding another today....I like the flaovored with sweetner. I have dropped one cup of coffee daily too. Baby steps!!! Baby steps!!!

  • Well I hit the scale too and I am so mad at myself! Why can't I say NO to going out to lunch with my mother! Those lunch dates are killing me! UGH! I am STS too!! I am going to hit the water and the cardio tons so I can atleast have some sort of loss on Sunday!

    I've given up on the program and on the scale. I guess it just isn't my time for losing weight. For now, my new goal is going to be to just maintain my current weight.

    Donald's DS's B-Day is today. He is coming over tonight for dinner. I am crock-potting barbequed chicken. Today, I need to catch up on bills/paperwork/my coursework.

    I too peaked at scale and was down 2 lbs-but of course I have gained 6 since exercising...maybe there will be a loss on Sunday. We took pics last night and compared them to the ones I took at the beginning of exercising..3 weeks ago and could see some serious progress. I could tell around my bra area on my back, in my arms and my booty looked same size just more toned. Outer thighs may be a little smaller...so far to go though. I am going to purchase some sessions with my trainer...he says he can get 5 lbs off of me a week...I told him that I would be happy with 2lbs...he said not to go by the scale...just how my clothes fit and that we would test my body fat. So I am excited about this. Kicked my booty yesterday and am having trouble walking today b/c I am so sore. Gonna do 45 min cardio today!!
    Ladies..don't give up!
