Phase 2 Here I Come!!!

  • I am so excited to have successfully completed Phase 1 and to be moving on to Phase 2. I lost a total of 12 pounds on Phase 1 and I feel so good It's amazing how losing 12 pounds can make you feel so much better physically and mentally. I am looking forward to following Phase 2 and incorporating some of the healthy grains and fruits back into my diet. I wish everyone much success on the SBD.

    Yep, had my sf fudge pop. Yummy! I spent all day in the pool and tanning so it was a nice treat! Looking fwd to my chicken parm dinner. What are you having??
  • I just had a repeat of lunch (Salmon & collards) and now I'm having a fudgesicle for dessert - yummy
  • Sounds good to me! I am so anxious to weigh myself tomorrow. I cant believe I have gone a whole week! How often does everyone weigh in??
  • Hey there...I weigh in every other day..probably too often, but I am a freak about knowing my weight.

  • kyemom- I used to weigh myself daily and got obsessive about it. So this week I promised myself I would wait one week so I can hardly wait to get on that scale tomorrow am!
  • Gettinfit - WTG on your 12 lb loss... I'm am doing the happy dance for you. My BBQ went great sat. night, but unfortunately the smells, fun, temptations were all there and I ate, and ate and ate. And today i'm paying for it. Very sluggish. I"m going to restart ph1, either monday or tuesday. Need to stock up on groceries.

  • Oh man, I can't wait to have an apple. Eek! I have a week and a half, though!
    And I refuse to weigh until I'm done with phase 1. I get scale obsessive too, and they are evil!

    1day@atime: Just forget about what happened over the weekend and start anew tomorrow. Don't beat yourself up over it just try harder the next time
