Thanks so much for all of the birthday wishes. I have no exciting plans for tonight outside of cheerleading and a long over due date with Billy. Although I am upset about the binge, I don't feel as bad as I used to. I used to do really great, get into a binge and not recover for about, oh a year. This time around is the first time that I've worked hard, got into some junk food and was able to snap out of it and keep pushing forward. This binge makes the third time and although I wish I hadn't done it at all, it is good to know that I do have the power to stop it and keep going forward. Support from each of you helps a lot, like when Ilene laughed at me for "being in bed with Little Debbie" and then Mel yelled at me. Or when I read how great Ellen is doing, and being so positive. Or when I look at each of our goals, tickers, etc and see that I am not alone. So thanks to each of you. I will definitely shake a tail feather in honor of all of us chicks when I celebrate my birthday next weekend.
