I know all of us are doing different types of nutrition plans, but I thought I would share a fast and simple recipe that I love incase any of you would benefit from it...
1/2 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese (small curd)
2 TBS All-Natural Peanut Butter (the kind you have to stir & refrigerate)
1 scoop (serving) of chocolate protein powder (I use EAS Precision Protein)
1 packet of splenda if you want it to be sweet
Put it in a bowl and mix... My husband adds a touch of water to his to make it like pudding, but I like mine the way it is. If you don't like the taste of protein powder, you won't like this.
With the brands I use, the numbers are:
390 calories
18.5 fat (4 saturated)
13.5 carbs (2 fiber)
40.0 protein


... and I also add 1 tsp or so of cocoa powder .... I use my handy dandy hand mixer to smooth all this out ....
