He is my personal trainer now, and he put me through a kettlebell work out yesterday that I am really feeling today! I felt a little sore yesterday, but I guess it takes 12-24 hours for "squat soreness" to kick in! No bad pain... just some good soreness pain.
I am loving the kettlebell workouts... I just needed to come in here and share my pain.

I had delayed onset also from Monday's workout. Not kettlebells, but I learned how to do swings with the dumbbells and on Wednesday my inner thighs and the bottom of my butt cheeks were on fire!
