
Wow I cant believe I have made it 10 full days now without sugar!!
I feel great about that and know my body will thank me later

So how is everyone else doing this fine day????


I have allowed myself to gain 30lbs and I still can't believe it... But I have been working on moving it back down



) and thinking, "it's okay, I'm going on vacation this week, so I won't have to weigh in at TOPS until next week, so I have till then to worry about the scale..." BAD attitude! Bad, bad Jill!
I also have way too much to do this week (well, today and yesterday since I am leaving for Georgia tomorrow morning), so I haven't been to the gym. I am legitimately busy, so I don't feel about like I'm making up excuses not to go to the gym, but I know I should be eating EXTRA well inorder to make up for the lack of aerobic activity, and yet I'm eating worse!
