  • Day 10 phase one

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and 4 thin slice turkey pastrami and 6 oz organic skim milk

    Lunch- cooked cabbage and 2 oz lean buffalo meat

    Supper- roast beef and cauliflower casserole and 6 oz skim milk

    snacks- 15 slices turkey pepperoni, sf fudgesicle, sf jello, 4 slicesturkey pastami and 1/2 tbls light mayo
  • Day 11 Phase one

    Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs and a can of spinach and 6 oz organic skim milk

    Lunch- cabbage and 1 oz buffalo meat

    Supper- taco soup ( off the phase one board) and 8 oz organic skim milk

    snacks- sf fudgesicle, sf jello, and 4 thin slices turkey pastrami and 1/2 tsp light mayo and 11 turkey pepperonis
  • Tuesday~6/21

    breakfast:
    1 wheat toast - 50

    1 c 2% milk - 120
    2 coffee - 100

    lunch:
    cf diet coke - 0

    supper:
    popcorn - 200
    piece of chicken - 200

    exercise: 2 miles during lunch

    total calories: 870 (crazy day)

    Lunch- taco soup and 4 oz organic skim milk

    Supper- roast beef and green beans a deviled egg and 1 cup organic skim milk

    snacks- sf jello, sf fudgesicle, and 17 turkey pepperonis
  • Wednesday~6/22
    breakfast:
    protein shake - 200
    2 coffee - 100

    lunch:
    wheat sub sandwich
    with turkey & cheese - 380
    cf diet coke - 0

    snack: 200

    supper:
    nachos - 400

    exercise: 2 miles during lunch

  • Phase one day13

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and 1 glass organic skim milk

    Lunch- 1/2 grilled chicken breast, smashed cauliflower and a side salad with a little cheese and some egg whites and lite ceasar dressing

    Supper- 4 deviled eggs

    snack- sf fudgesicle

    1 coffee - 50

    lunch:
    turkey sandwich - 280
    cf diet coke - 0
    pie - 200

    supper:
    tostidos chips - 130
    refried beans - 120

  • OOps here is day 14 of phase one

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and a glass of organic skim milk

    Lunch- the inside of a taco salad at taco bell, and cup of organic skim milk

    Supper- 5 hotwings and a whole can of green beans and another cup organic skim milk

    snacks- sf fudgesicle
  • I cannot believe I finished phase one!!!! and with a 7 1/2 pound loss too boot
    I LOVE South Beach!!!!!!!!! I am doing one more week at phase one then on to phase 2..

    Day 15 phase one

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and a cup organic skim milk

    Lunch- lean hamburger pattie with 1 slice 2% cheese and raw broccoli and 2 tbls light ranch and 4 oz organic skim milk

    Supper- crustless pizza and a cup of organic skim milk

    snacks- sf fudgesicle, and sf jello if needed

    I didn't post my food log yesterday but it wasn't because I was bad or something - I was good - just too busy to post and now I can't remember it.

    grilled hamburger on bun with tomatoes, lettuce & onions

    exercise: 3 hours cleaning
    30 minute 2 mile Walk & Kick dvd
