    corn on cob (not in the sammich) 2

    snack:

    Total: 25 (and still feel hungry...)
    exercise: stairmaster 40 min & Body Electric tape: - 3

    jamie how do you eat so little?? 15 points yesterday? I'd be dead on the floor...

    Excercise - iffy, but hoping to work out after work - Considering my lunch, I MUST!
