226.5, down 3.5 pounds from last week. I jest love love love it when I lose my TOM water bloat!
I worry that I'll start gaining, but so far so good. I'm finding out that I can eat more food and not gain. Actually, I can eat a ton of food and not gain! It's great! (Must be the exercise?)
