Yes I still do exist really I have my convocation on Saturday and about a million and ten things to do tomorrow for it. This is such a big deal for my parents too. I am going for dinner afterwards too which I am so looking forward to.

It has been really cold lately, on my way to the gym I could see my breath. Anyhoo, I am still searching for my maintanance level, this is fun. I have found a meeting now and everything and that has been going well. It was funny, I was talking to a girl who just joined and she asked me if I had been on WW for a while, I told her yes and she was glad since she said I looked too small to be there

I will most likely make lifetime next week!! So this is very exciting for me, I cannot wait.

Also try Breyer's frozen yogurt, it is really yummy

Hi everybody!

Back indeed. Things have been super busy lately (just ask Ali who I haven't been able to meet yet!) Things here are good...I've maintained for my 3rd month of Lifetime (yay!) but (true confession time) journaling is still a bit dodgy.
BTW Ali would you be interested in being a Special Guest Star at my WW meeting next week? I think it would be nice as it's your Lifetime week. I'll call you over the weekend, and maybe we can hook up for coffee on Monday.
I've been lurking every day, so it's nice to see the old faces (and welcome the new ones!)

Hi Lola! We have missed you!

Well, I have been OP all week, and my WI is tomorrow morning, I hope to do well. On my way to losing the 10 pounds I have gained back. It feels good to be in control again. As I reflect, I can't believe how I was eating...Burger King...McD's...hotdogs....pizza, man, what was I thinking!!

Not many plans this weekend. Anyone else have exciting plans? It is still raining and cold here, what I wouldn't give for some nice warm, sunny weather!!!

Well, better get some work done.....

Hi Ali ~ I am so excited for you! It seems like forever until I make lifetime. Convocation is a huge deal! Congrats on making it through college and welcome to the post-graduate world.

Lola ~ hello again! Glad to see all is well with you. WAY TO GO on maintaining lifetime. Hopefully I'll get to work for ww one day too!

Tonya ~ Good morning. It is amazing to look back when you slack off a bit. I went through that when I re-joined WW this time. I had lost about the same amount before and gained all of it back. At least you are reflecting before it was out of hand (like me). I know now that I have to be somewhat strict in order to stay on tract. Keep it up and you'll be back down in no time!

I don't have any major plans this weekend. I'm helping a friend move on Saturday but that is about it. I've decided to wait until Tuesday morning to test if AF hasn't shown her face. I called the doctor and she told me to test and if I'm not pregnant then I'll take some blood test to figure out what is going on. I went to bed at 10 last night and woke up at 6:45 this morning and was still tired. yuk! I guess I'll know soon but the waiting is terrible!

i'm doing my best to keep my points low today because BF is taking me out to an excellent french restaurant tonight. yum. i've already decided i'm going to be good and stick to onion soup for a starter. but the bread there is delicious and it's going to be so hard to not eat the entire basket by myself!!

GUESS WHAT.... Emma's first tooth broke through yesterday. We are so excited!!! She hasn't been too cranky at all either!!

Had dinner last night and ate fries. Oh well. I am not too concerned. Seeing the grandparents was hard, but I made it through.

Emma and Mom day tomorrow... but it is supposed to rain. Thats no fun! We will visit dad at work, and maybe bring a lunch for him... also she is going to WI with me. The ladies love her there!

Not much else new with me... need to get back to work. Chat more later!

I'm on vacation all next week and the 11th so I don't konw how much I will post. We will be home until the 7th when we head to Durango. I won't be able to post today b/c we are moving floors at work. What a hassle. My boss is a stress case and is taking it out on us. Not fun! Anyway, hubby and I plan to religiously work out next week and hopefully I can keep it up after we come back! Have a great weekend if I don't type atcha sooner.

Well, I think I am going to bail out early for lunch - get a sub and go to A&B sound to get my b/f a Tony Bennett cd. He was looking for it yesterday but couldn't find it - i thought he could use some pampering!! Hey wait, I could use some pampering too. Perhaps I will buy myself a Cd??? after all, I have been OP all week. That must countfor something!?

Yikes, what a crummy day. I just met a girl though who I totally like who is inthe same boat as me - gets treated like a trash secretary b/c she is young and female - doesn't matter that we are university educated and get paid too much to do others crapwork. Oh well, that's life as a girl I guess.

Well, better sign off then......have to run a document up a few floors.....well, the bright side is I'll take the stairs and burn a few calories!

So, I went grocery shopping this morning. I had about 8 things on my list. WELL $140 later I walked out with about 8000 things! Of course $30 of that was for a case of formula...but still........$140! I am a sucker for impulse buying. I hate it, and dh really hates it.

I've got a yummy recipe for you:

Snicker style dessert bars

2 cups vanilla or chocolate reduced fat icecream

1 cup light cool whip

1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

1 box fat free pudding (vanilla or chocolate)

Let icecream and whip cream sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes

in a chilled bowl beat whip cream, icecream, peanut butter and pudding mix until smooth (about 5 minutes)

freeze in a 8*8 dish until solid (2 hours at least)

cut into 8 squares 3 points per square

Enjoy!! (I got this recipe at my last weight watchers meeting)
