At my smallest, I wore a 34DD, but that was back when I didn't work out at all and when I was like 13-14 years old (let me tell you, it really sucks to have DD breasts when you're that young!). When I started losing weight, I was bursting out of my 36DD's.Lately though, I started to notice what appeared to be some extra skin on my breasts. Also, my bra felt a little looser than usual, hmmm . . . so I went to Victoria's Secret, and grabbed a few different sizes, and who knew?? The 36D fit!! I have not been in a D-cup bra since I was like 12 years old, and it is SUCH a relief to know that I will no longer have to dig deep into drawers of special "full-figure" sections to find bras! I will be able to buy attractive bras! I will fit into normal shirts! (Well, okay, D is still pretty big, but it seems tiny to me!)
I'd been considering having a breast reduction done, thinking that once I get to goal weight my boobs will look ridiculously huge, but if I could lose another cup size it would be perfect! My biggest thanks for this victory go to . . . bench presses!
I really think that firming up my pecs helped me out here.So for all you ladies struggling with enormous breasts . . . there is hope! They can shrink! I know how difficult it is to be big-chested, and it is SUCH A RELIEF to finally be at a size that most stores carry!
