  • I know paperclippy has had friends in town so I will start up the thread in case she can't make it on today.

    Monday-
    Treadmill
    5 min walk, 30 min run, 5 min walk
  • Monday~ I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen today.....I decided that was enough of a workout
  • What a great idea! I hope it's alright if I participate as well!

    Monday - 30 mins treadmill (steady walk at 3.5, 8 incline), 15 mins eliptical
    - 45 min walk home from bus stop (I get off the bus UBER early now that it's summer and rock out with my mini disk player while walking home)
  • Monday - 12 mile stationary bike ride... plus I weighed today and I lost 3 pounds just this past weekend *woohoo* Slowly but surely...
  • Monday- finally got off butt and went to gym! Walked 1 mile on treadmill (21 mins) and did 10 mins on stationary bike
  • Monday~ Went for a 40 min walk.
  • Monday:
    10 min stairmaster
    20 min upright bike
    1 hour weights (upper body and abs)

    Tuesday:
    4 miles run treadmill (6.2-6.5mph) .5 mile walking
    30 min weights (lower body)

    Monday: walked around for about an hour, not like exercise-walking though, and I went to a concert which involved standing up from 7pm to 11:30pm. Standing is hard work!
  • Tuesday~A bellydance video, 2.5 miles on stationary bike and packed boxes.....almost time to move
  • Tuesday: 1 hour walk home (mostly uphill!)...no time for the gym today
  • Tuesday:
    30 min. walk/jog
    20 min. arc trainer
  • exercise
    Monday: Tae Bo basic work out
  • Tuesday: 30 min arc trainer (that thing kills me!)
    Upper body strength training (3 sets of 12)

  • Hope you all dont mind if I join in....
    Monday- Chased around after kids I was babysitting, 20 minute walk to and back from the park
    Tuesday- 30 minutes on bike at the gym

    *** And I lost my 1st lb.... im Sooooo excited
