i used to work out at curves 6 days a week and do atkins. in one month i dropped 2.5% bodyfat, 7 lbs and 7 inches. that was my best month ever! i was also working two jobs and taking care of my son at the same time, so it got to me after a while and i had to go down to 3 days a week. currently i am doing lots of walking and atkins. it's only been two weeks and i'm alreayd down 5 lbs.
