    raw vegs w/very little dip 1
    pretzels a few 1
    2 glasses of wine 4
    hamburger on bun 9
    potato salad 4
    carrot raisin salad 1.5
    baked beans 2
    pineapple & strawberries 1
    the other half of the crisp toffee bar cookie (rats) 2

    total: 32.5
    exercise - i don't think so

    comment: one thing I won't have to worry about on this first week of maintenance is losing weight...bah
