I want to be 6lbs lighter. So my goal is 213.0 and I know I can do this.

I will go on last Monday's weigh in. I don't have my own scale anymore so I can't weigh at home (which is a good thing). Starting 201 
And because I'm starting at a new athletic club, my accumulated miles will be 75. I'm going to take some baby steps.
. I also need to get back on track with journaling and eating my veggies, so I'm adding that I will journal at least the majority of each of the six weeks and eat my fruits and veggies
