Well rounded workout?

  • I just made this workout that I think I'm gonna start. I tried to empasise the Abs and Butt. What does everyone think of it? Any good? I know that it's not really weight workout though. I am already very muscular and I didn't want to add muscle just tone and get into shape. I'll add handweights, ankle weights, and things like that as I get better. Oh Also each page is a different day, so it's three days a week. Maybe when I get good at it I'll do it twice a week.

  • Well I've been going to the gym and walking for 30-45 minutes. I haven't made big changes to my diet yet though. It's really hard for me. I have been trying to get more veggies and lean meats instead of fast food. I don't plan on doing any "diet" just eating healthy. That's the last thing in my plans. I find if I'm working out I tend to get better naturally.
