It's Wednesday folks. Who's in for this weekend. I did not do so well last weekend but I know I'm going to this weekend. So who's with me.
My plan is to stay 100% on my eating plan. I don't exercise on the weekend so I don't worry about that.
my plan is a) no drinking and b) SLEEP ENOUGH so I can go to the gym at least one day- i"m going to aim for saturday. but sunday would be great too. c) no evil coffee drinks! (darn you caramel iced latte, darn you right to....)
We are having a family birthday party on Sunday, serving spaghetti & meatballs, I have already put in a request for turkey meatballs.
