Good April Morning, Cathy
and feeling so much better... I sure did miss you gals! You are such a great cheerleader, Cathy, I cannot wait to join in this month. I began walking again the last two weeks of March and averaged 7 miles a week right now. I hope to do more as the weeks pass, but till that happens...

I take care of two right now and it's nice to be able to stop in after you have started it

I am feeling so much better, I cannot begin to tell you - I was so ill for so long that I had forgotten how nice it feels to feel well. I have been on the new program (*Patient Heal Thyself* by Jordan Rubin - he also wrote *The Maker's Diet*) for a month now and I know I am on the right path. I have not lost any more weight, but I am healthy again
I figure that the weight will come off eventually... so I am practicing patience too
