I am new here and trying to figure this all out. I am having my 40th birthday on the 6th of APRIL and I want to be at a certian weight which I am not, so I am back on track with ww points. My new goal is to be at my target weight by July 1st so I am looking for some help some where to vent and where people understand and are going throught he same things.
