    I had the MOST INTENSE 1 on 1 weight training session this morning!! Wendell really worked my butt off!!

    I feel like a Gumby doll. I didn't do the treadmill after as I had planned because I was already so worn out. I'll probably go walking tomorrow or Wed. after my work out.
  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 11 small bursts of jogging in 56.15
  • I will be hitting the gym this week for the first time since 10/99. I usually get my exercise on the weekends walking. I am the perfect icon for a couch potato and a TV junkie. I will be glad to get back into the gym.
  • 1 mile on the treadmill. getting back into exercise mode again. I have been pretty lax lately due to playing golf with dh.
  • 18 holes golf with dh. no walking though. rode a cart. will try and do weights tonite...
  • TUESDAY
    Only got in 3.5 miles today (Eli had a Dr. appt I went to him with). Got in 11 bursts of jogging, did the 3.5 miles in 41 minutes
  • Wednesday
    Wendell the Wrangler worked me hard today! Added more weights to almost everything! 30 minutes of INTENSE weight lifting.
  • WEDNESDAY
    4.5 miles with 15 small bursts of jogging in 55:15 minutes
  • THURSDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 55.15 with 16 short jogs
  • FRIDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 20 small jogs in 54:45
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 19-20 jogs (lost count) in just under 54 minutes.

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 27 miles!!!!
