any thoughts.
I eat 24 points a day and i always ate those points on flex. Then most days I earned AP of 3 or 4 and I nearly always ate those points and often one or two flex points, so lots of days I ate more than 27 pts.
On Core I just dont know where I am. i think I am eating under that 27 number or just about at it and I am still exercising.
Anyone go through anything like this or have ideas. Thanks
I have tracked my pts and they are similar.
Most people find out that after the first couple weeks they are averaging in points wha they ate on Flex. Remember since you aren't measuring your portions may be a bit larger than what they were with Flex and this compensates for that.
I ate more on Core because I never felt satisified because my mind new I could have more (which is why I follow Clex/Flore) thus I gained all 6 weeks I tried (2 wks each time -- 3 different times).

When I first started, I wasn't losing. My leader told me to still do CORE, but to write everything down and then calculate the points. Turns out, I wasn't eating enough. I too should have had 24 points including AP's, but some days I was only getting 17 or 18. Try calculating points for what you eat the next couple of days.
