Hello, ladies! Not much time to post here, I'm on my way out the door in a few minutes. It's going to be a busy week for me, trying to get a lot of loose ends tied up before starting on crazy overtime nights. I'll be working a 12-hour shift on Saturday night (6p-6a) and then M-F of next week, 10-hour nights. I'm SO ready for this stupid outage to be over (and it hasn't even started yet!).
I went to the grocery store the other night and picked up a few things, since I know I'll just snack all night rather than eat real meals. I'm going to use the suggestions that I got from my Favorite Snacks threads that I posted all over and try to make it to the grocery store again before starting on Saturday.
I got on the scale this morning and was pleasantly surprised with what I saw. I haven't been tracking my points and wasn't expecting a loss, but I had a little bit of one, yay! I've been drinking a cup or two of green tea every day, I know they say that aids with weight loss, so maybe it had something to do with that.
Busy night tonight. I need to clean my car out, spend some time with the dog, iron work clothes, and do some other running around, too. There's just so much to do before starting on nights and I know I'm not going to have the time to get it done. And once I start nights, I'm pretty much worthless.
