Favorite Snacks?

  • What are your favorite low-point (or Core friendly) snacks? I'm going to be starting nights in about a week and I snack non-stop rather than eating meals (because I can't figure out when to eat meals since I operate on a day-shift schedule), so I'd love to hear some of your low-point/Core friendly favorites. I figure if anyone would know, it's the people who've had (and maintained their) success. Thanks so much!!
  • Hi there Jess, Congradulations on your weight loss, you are doing wonderfully. My favorites include popcorn, frozen grapes, carmel chocolate chip rice cakes, fat free puddings, jello, low-fat graham wafers, beef jerky, pickled eggs. I try to have a platter of raw vegetables and low fat dip with me at work and also a tray of cut up fruit too. I work 12 hour shifts and sometimes find it very hard because I am surrounded by junk food. (I work in a convience store.) I always try to bring lots of low point snack foods with me too. Well hope that this list may be of some help tp you. Any snack ideas for me always open to new ideas. Good luck on your journey.
    (P.S. Can you tell me how or where to get the measuring tape that people use to keep track of their wei ght)
