Favorite Snacks?

  • What are your favorite low-point (or Core friendly) snacks? I'm going to be starting nights in about a week and I snack non-stop rather than eating meals (because I can't figure out when to eat meals since I operate on a day-shift schedule), so I'd love to hear some of your low-point (or Core friendly) favorites.

    Low points:
    Light string cheese - 1 pt.
    100 cal. packages of Wheat Thins - 2 pts.

    Core:
    Boiled egg
    Small bag of popcorn (94% FF)
    Banana
  • Core: any kind of fruit- or better yet fruit salad!
    unsweetened applesauce
    soy cheese
    popcorn
    canned tuna
    sf/ff yogurt!

    If you have access to a micro or a water cooler with a hot tap plain instant oatmeal is always good for a quick fillup I slice bananas in mine
    Any portable fruit
    Mott's unsweetened applesauce (it comes in fruit flavors)
    Love grape tomatoes
    baby carrots
    if you have a refridge/freezer accessible I like the vegan Boca burgers
    I made this fruit cobbler thing one of the ladies here posted thats good and filling
    if you wanted it sweeter you could do splenda and cinamon
    If you have a microwave a Baked potato maybe with ff salad dressing or salsa or ff sour cream
