  • I want chocolate so bad, but WI is tonight (must be good).

    Breakfast:

    Snack:

    Lunch:

    Fruit bar--3/9.5
    Diet soda--0

    Dinner:
    Chicken breast with sweet potatoes--4/13.5
    Green beans--0
    Roll-3/16.5
    Milk--2/18.5

    I'll add something else to make up the points (not sure what).

    Will drink all water
    Walked and did strength training.
  • Not bad today, but er, there are at least four hours left to eat in.

    water: only tea, decaf so far, much chug another 32 oz.
