For the past month or so (with the exception of this past week) I've been exercising at least 4x a week for 30 minutes (cardio) and I've tried to have 2 sessions of strength training in there as well, I've been eating alot better (not excellent but I was doing really well for me) and I havn't lost ANY weight at all, this past week as been a complete disaster because my period is coming which usually makes me eat non stop and I've been so stressed out that I've been eating alot of junk food...
Anyway I've been reading about an underactive thyroid and I'm wondering if this could be the problem? I've worked out and ate healthy in the past and nothing as happened as well. It seems that no matter what I do I can't lose weight and then I give up...It is frustrating because I talk to people who are losing or have lost weight and I can be doing more then them and my weight won't budge but yet their losing weight doing hardly anything at all! *cries*
If anyone knows anything about these please help!!
