With our hectic schedule right now, I feel I can use the System to reduce stress on myself and to get back my portion control.
The first time I did NS, I got to my goal and stayed there for almost 3 years, then as I was creaping up 12 pounds, I joined WW and lost those 12 pounds, got to goal again and used WW for maintenance for a long time until I became romantically involved with someone, stopped the gym and started eating out a lot.
Well, now the romance is still there and I would like to be more the size I was when we first started dating, though we first met in high school and I know I am not going to get to 122 again in this lifetime.
I have gotten back into the gym routine, hitting the weights or cardio 3 times a week, with my goal to make that 5-6 times a week.
Water isn't an issue, I really think it is the food anxiety.
So if anyone else is here and doing NS and wants to keep on track together, I figure my food arrives sometime next week and I will be back from the long weekend and ready to start so PM me.
