I just made my lunch for work tomorrow, so there's no turning back!!

L: leftover porkchops cut into little pieces with a little bit of BBQ sauce added, and about 1/2 cup of sauteed onions (approx. 1 pt for the sauce)
Sn: FF black cherry yogurt (need to calculate)
D: Going out for dinner, but I'll try to have broiled fish, steamed vegetables, salad, etc.
