Menu 02/05 - 02/12

    Friday...can't remember and didn't write it down!!!
    Sat.
    Breakfast: oatmeal, s.milk, blueberries
    Snack: Coffee and yogurt
    Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich with mustard, lettuce & tomato
    s. milk
    Snack: grapes
    Dinner: meatloaf (leftovers from freezer) salad, broccoli, cheese.
    Snack: almonds
    8 - 8oz of water


    Sunday
    Breakfast: Coffee and breakfast bar
    Lunch: egg beaters, cheese, salsa

    Dinner: finger food... chicken wings mostly (4), didn't do to bad, tried
    to be careful. Glass of wine.
    I have gotten my water in today.

    Here is the plan for today...
    B- 1/4 cup Kashi(didnt like it ) so I had a slice ww toast and 1 tsp peanut butter
    s?
    L- Wendys chili and a side salad
    s- grapes
    S- 4 hotwings and greenbeans
    s- popcorn

    Tommorows menu-
    B- 1 egg and 1 egg white and 1 slice toast
    s?
    L- Ryans...will eat baked chicken and lots and lots of veggies and small bowl of sf yogurt
    s- none
    S- mother in laws...will be healthy'
    s- grapes

    May not get a chance to be online till Wed. But will post my menus this week
  • Well Wanda.... I am gonna be back on weight watchers so I will be sure to post my menus as it keeps me honest

    s- ff yogurt 1 pt
    L- ww pizza 6 pts
    s- lowfat fruited yogurt 2 pts
    S- tuna casserole and green beans 6 pts
    s- ww ice cream bar 2 pts
    for a total of 22 pts
