Friday...can't remember and didn't write it down!!!
Sat.
Breakfast: oatmeal, s.milk, blueberries
Snack: Coffee and yogurt
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich with mustard, lettuce & tomato
s. milk
Snack: grapes
Dinner: meatloaf (leftovers from freezer) salad, broccoli, cheese.
Snack: almonds
8 - 8oz of water
Sunday
Breakfast: Coffee and breakfast bar
Lunch: egg beaters, cheese, salsa
Dinner: finger food... chicken wings mostly (4), didn't do to bad, tried
to be careful. Glass of wine.
I have gotten my water in today.
