Frouf, have some fruit and some water. You might feel a little better.

Or eat some ice, Frouf. It's not exactly good for your teeth, but maybe it'll settle your stomach, give you some water, and something to chomp on.
Made the meatball recipe from Core recipes - used some Atkins sf ketchup - very yummy! (I tried a couple). Also made couscous, rainbow trout and cauliflower for dinner. A few blueberries and bites of canteloupe for dessert.
8 pm - and I'm hungry again? I'm drinking water now. Might have to get some popcorn later......wish I could just shut off this hunger! I'm feeling very fat and gross today! (still bloated from TOM).

Were they the sweet and saucy meatballs? Aren't they good? I love how easy they are.
Angela
Yes they were - very amazing! Everyone loved them - are they really sweet w/the 1/2 cup splenda? I used Atkins ketchup which is sugar free and added about 3 packets of splenda - just in case!
Thanks - great recipe! (oh ya I added some salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian herbs to the meat along with the egg and oatmeal)
Frouf
Yes, with that much Splenda, they're really sweet. Dh loves them and asks for them at least once a week. I've often thought of adding spices to the meatballs, although they're really good plain too.
Glad you liked it!
