    15 minute Upper Body Workout (5lb weights)
    5 minute Lower Body Workout
    20 minutes ~ Lateral Thigh Strider

  • Sunday: 2 hours of snow shoveling. ow.
  • I tried to walk two miles today, but it was impossible,I could only walk one... the machine is so boring, I love to walk outside, but the snow made that impossible... (college town, NO ONE salts/shovels at ALL)

    Had to work at the grocery store, bagging (that counts some, doesn't it?!)

    arm curl/arm extension/pectoral (2 sets, 15-20 lbs)
    leg curl/leg extension (2 sets, 30 lbs)
  • I walked 2 miles today and carried tons of groceries home for half a mile...can't wait for this snow to clear up!!!

  • Monday I ended up having to fetch carts for an hour at the grocery store. Does that count?

    Tuesday:
    20 minutes elliptical
    45 min Cardio Kick class
  • Ok, today I TRUDGED one mile through the snow, does that count as extra??? It sure felt like extra! I also took the stairs and walked 7 flights. I wish I cold've done more but I am SO out of shape and the stairs made my legs quiver!!!!
