Just curious -
I find that I get a more intense workout if I'm listening to some motivating music with a good beat!
Just wanted to know what you all were listening to, if you do listen to music during your workout.
For those of you who don't, I would HIGHLY recommend investing in a good Discman or something like that. The good ones (with the anti-skip technology) can be pricey but they are well worth it. I paid $200 for my Sony Discman over four years ago and it hasn't failed me yet! (Try to get a rechargeable one that you can plug in the wall to recharge - you'll save a fortune in batteries - that's what I have). Previously I would bring a magazine with me but after finding my concentration and workout intensity go wayyyyy down I stopped doing that quite some time ago.
BTW, for the past six months or so, I've been mostly listening to Tool and A Perfect Circle during my workouts. I also have some CD's that I burned myself with various rock songs that I enjoy listening to!

Hi all, I have a Sony Walkman that I never leave home without!
I like to listen to Country Music. Shania Twain can really get me moving. All of the music is really upbeat and very easy to walk to. Of course, I realize hot everyone likes Country Music....but for me...it is the best.
! I love putting on music because it makes the time go by so fast!. Much more so than if I watch t.v. while exercising!
